The mono tube is produced from 1 layer of plastic, which can consist of either 100% LDPE (low density polyethylene), LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) and HDPE (high density polyethylene) or a combination of any two above depending on the requirement.

We can also produce mono tubes from a mixture of the aforementioned materials, perhaps to influence the tube's flexibility, or to facilitate the sealing properties. Mono tubes are 100% recyclable. Mono tubes can also be produced from 100% recycled material.
